Join the revolution in the world of event photography! One of our photographers takes a photo of a guest or group of guests, types in her photo number (or each person’s phone number) ONLY ONCE, and the AI does the rest! Guests’ personal private gallery is being built up automagically and everyone the guest is spotted in any of our photo booths, photographer’s or roaming photo unit’s photos – she receives an update letting her know her photo has been spotted and added to her private gallery!
Q: What are the different ways for a guest to get initialized in the PhotoSpot system?
A: The easiest way is for our photographer to snap a shot, click on the guest’s face and enter their number. That’s it! Another way is for a guest to scan a QR code and upload their own photo so that the system knows what they look like. Either way, the PhotoSpot will keep track of the guest throughout the event and populate their private gallery. The guest can share any photo they like on any social media platform right from the gallery.
Q: Where can a guest be “spotted?”
A: We use photos from the roaming photographers, stationary (headshot or red-carpet) photographers, and any photo taken at any of our photo booths, and can even collaborate with external photographers to use their content to add to our PhotoSpot system.
Q: Is the gallery private?
A: Yes. The PhotoSpot AI system relies on a sophisticated AI algorithm to match faces together to ensure that the guest would only receive their photo into the library. Furthermore, participation in PhotoSpot is entirely voluntary and based on the guest opting in.
Q. What if I have a series of several events, or a multi-day event? Can each person’s library contain their photos spotted at multiple events?
A: Yes, we can create a series of events and link them so that the guests’ galleries span across multiple events, while possible preserving a separate unique branding for each event.
Q: Talking about branding, what branding opportunities are there with PhotoSpot?
A: Each photo is branded with a custom overlay (logo, text, dates, digital frame etc). You can customize a landscape and portrait version of the photo separately. Additionally, each gallery contains a custom header and footer space where you can add your branding assets.
